Rice Krispie Treats recipeProdigy Crispy Treats

  • 6 cups rice crispy
  • 40 large marshmallows
  • 7 tablespoons butter
  • 2 scoops Tru Prodigy whey

1.   Place marshmallow and butter in a bowl and microwave for 1 min.
2.   Stir in the protein until fully mixed.
3.   Gradually mix in rice crispy.
4.   Transfer the mix to a buttered 13×13 pan.
5.   Press the treats on to the pan, let settle for 15 min and enjoy.


Cookie Dough Bites recipeProdigy Cookie Dough Bites

  • 1/2 cup vanilla Tru Prodigy powder
  • 1 tablesppon raw sugar
  • 2 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 3 tablespoon almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips

1.   In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients
2.   Then add butter, milk and vanilla.
3.   Add chocolate morsels.
4.   Use a scoop to make 10 balls.
5.   Store in fridge.

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 scoop Tru Prodigy whey

1.   Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend.
